The hopper is designed to receive product from dump trucks and bins. A fixed bend breaks up the product flow, ensuring a constant feed to the soil cleaner. Both the soil cleaner and the pre-sorter are equipped with PU spirals with continuously adjustable shafts, which accurately separate soil and oversized material (pre-sorting adjustable from approx. 10 mm). The ACR system automatically regulates the feed rate to maintain a constant throughput, and Turbo Clean automatically keeps the augers clean.
